Personal Lines Account Manager
Worcester Area | Hybrid
A growing independent insurance agency in the Worcester area is looking to add an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to its team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, providing thoughtful coverage guidance, and working in an environment with solid internal support. The agency has invested heavily in systems and resources so Account Managers can focus on clients rather than getting buried in administrative work.

Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of Personal Lines accounts
Handle homeowners, auto, umbrella, condo, renters, and related personal insurance products
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries
Review coverage and provide appropriate recommendations to clients
Assist with quoting, remarketing, and carrier communication
Support claims reporting and follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
Work closely with producers and internal support staff to ensure strong client service
Qualifications
2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
Independent agency experience strongly preferred
Active Property & Casualty license preferred
Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products and coverage
Excellent communication and client-service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with an agency management system
Nexsure experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$65K-$75K base salary, depending on experience
Hybrid schedule
3 weeks vacation
