Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA)We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their personal insurance needs, including policy servicing, coverage questions, and account management.Key responsibilities include:Providing outstanding customer service to personal lines clients (home, auto, renters, etc.)Processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellationsResponding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in personReviewing coverage options and assisting clients in understanding their policiesWorking with carriers to obtain quotes and resolve service issuesMaintaining accurate client records in the agency management systemSupporting account managers and producers as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)1–3 years of insurance or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) is a plusBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan optionsOngoing training and professional developmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
