Personal Lines Insurance Representative Customer Service & SalesWestside Insurance San Marcos - SAN MARCOS, TX 78666OverviewPosition Type Full TimePersonal Lines Insurance Representative – Customer Service & Sales Westside Insurance – Allstate | Established in 2012 | Located inside Chuck Nash Chevrolet Buick GMC | San Marcos, TX We're looking for a bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Representative to join our team in a combined Customer Service & Sales role.This position makes a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to better protect existing clients. Already licensed? Great. We also welcome candidates with prior Property & Casualty insurance experience who are willing to obtain their Texas P&C license within 90 days. Licensing costs will be paid by the agency.What You'll Be DoingAssist customers with billing questions, policy changes, ID cards, renewals, cancellations, claims questions, lender requests, and other policy needsHandle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiriesConduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverageSupport renewals, retention efforts, and account managementCross-sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal lines productsFollow up with existing customers, previous quotes, and sales opportunitiesAsk for referrals and identify additional insurance needsMaintain accurate notes and documentation in the agency CRMWork assigned customer accounts and meet attainable service and sales goalsWhat We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience Active Texas P&C license preferredIf not currently licensed, willingness to obtain a Texas P&C license within 90 daysStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsComfortable making outbound calls and following up with customersMotivated to identify sales opportunities within an existing book of businessStrong organization, multitasking, and attention to detailDependable with strong attendance and punctualityCoachable, positive, and willing to learnAble to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable recommending insurance solutions and handling objectionsPay hourly + commission + bonuses Starting pay is based on licensing, bilingual ability, and prior Property & Casualty insurance experience.
