Personal Lines Insurance Sales ProducerWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring ambition, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to developing new business and building lasting client relationships.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceSupplemental benefitsUncapped commission opportunityCompetitive base salaryComprehensive trainingPaid Time Off, accruing immediately401(k) with employer matchingPaid holidaysResponsibilitiesEstablish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Sell a variety of personal insurance products, including Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella, and related coverage.Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and coverage options.Identify and overcome common sales objections while effectively communicating the value of insurance solutions.Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, services, and agency systems.Participate in company and agency training programs to continually enhance product and sales knowledge.Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by following established sales processes and best practices.Contribute to individual and agency goals through new business development, cross-selling, account rounding, and other growth initiatives.Utilize multiple business-development resources, including inbound and outbound calls, referral partnerships, marketing, social media, and other lead-generation strategies.Maintain a high level of customer service while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships.RequirementsActive Property & Casualty Insurance License required.Previous sales experience preferred, preferably within the insurance industry.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency with computers and standard business applications, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers.Typing speed of 45+ WPM preferred.Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
