Job description
Personal Lines Service ManagerAs the Personal Lines Service Manager, you'll be the go-to person for a set group of clients, making sure they get top-notch service every time. You'll handle everything from policy updates and billing questions to cancellations and coverage changes, always with a helpful attitude and a focus on keeping things simple and stress-free.You'll work closely with our Client Advocates and Account Associates to make sure every client feels supported and informed. If you've got a couple of years of insurance experience and a Property & Casualty License, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Be Doing:Deliver amazing service- answering questions, solving problems, and making clients feel valuedManage policies- handle changes, cancellation, and updates for your assigned clientsSupport billing and payments- help clients understand their bills and resolve any issuesTalk coverage- discuss options and help clients find the best fit for their needsKeep records straight- log all interactions and updates accuratelyWork as a team- collaborate with coworkers and underwriters to get things doneStay compliant- follow industry rules and company policies through all interactionsBoost retention- keep clients coming back with excellent service and minimal cancellationsWhat You'll Bring to the Team:A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License2+ years of experience in personal insuranceSolid understanding of insurance policies, coverage options, and how underwriting worksComfortability with Microsoft Office and other insurance softwareGreat communication skills and a passion for helping peopleStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple client requests with easeEmployee Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with matchingPaid Time OffLife & Disability InsuranceFamily Oriented and Empowering CultureGreat Work/Life BalanceThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
