n nWhat You’ll Do
nAs a Digital Clerk, you’ll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish.
nYou’ll:
nnnProvide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience
n
nnGreet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs
n
nnMaintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
n
nnResolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
n
nnReceive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
n
nnSelect items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
n
nnStore and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
n
nnKeep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
n
nnSupport other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
n
n nIn short: you’ll turn online orders into easy, reliable, “right-on-time” pickups.
nWhat You Bring
nYou don’t need to know everything on day one, we’ll train you. What matters most is your service mindset and attention to detail.
nnnHigh school diploma or equivalent required
n
nnStrong communication skills and a customer-first approach
n
nnAbility to learn new technologies quickly
n
nnMinimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred
n
nnPast cashier experience preferred
n
nnDetail-oriented, organized, and dependable
n
nnProcess-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way
n
nnPast online ordering experience a plus
n
nnYou have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
