Life Time Inc. is seeking an Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist in Tampa, FL.
The role focuses on providing branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to help members feel and move better, while delivering an educational and supportive experience that upholds the Life Time Brand. Responsibilities include developing safe client programs, leading stretch sessions (PNF, contract-relax), guiding recovery sessions with percussion and breathing drills, and promoting stretch services.
