Personal Care Assistant/CaregiversWe are currently looking for Personal Care Assistant/Caregivers looking to fill multiple cases: Mornings, Weekends and Overnights in the following locations in South Bay: Torrance, Long Beach, Cerritos, Carson, Rancho Palo Verdes, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach and more surrounding areas.If this is a position that you are currently looking for please call Tiffany directly at or please complete your interview on link below to get hired within 72hrs.Responsibilities:Serving as a companion to clientsArrives to clients home on a timely manner.Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparations and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as neededTransporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.Turning, repositioning and move patients between beds, wheelchairs and seatsDemonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of the clientMaintains confidential of all clients information according to HIPPA standardsNotifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditionsRepresents the company with a positive image at all timesPersonal Attendant Qualifications:Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) - This is a CA State requirement which involves registering as a Personal Attendant and providing Livescan fingerprints for a FBI Background check - Salus can help you with this process if you are not currently certified.TB Test - Must be within 90 days of startMust be able to legally work within the USAPhysical capability to perform all job functionsSafe driving record and valid auto insurance if you will be driving with clientsPersonal Attendant BenefitsBenefits (Health, Dental, Vision and 401K)Holiday PayPaid Sick LeavePaid TrainingReferral BonusFlexible Hours and ScheduleMileage Reimbursement (driver only)7 DAYS AVAILABILITY START NOWPART TIME 4-6HRS SHIFTS AVAILABLE (Pay Rate $20.00-$23.00)FULL TIME 8-12HRS SHIFTS AVAILABLE (Pay Rate $19.00-$20.00)
