But here's the twist - this job isn't just about controlling pests; it's about taking control of your career and your income.Why This Role RocksAs a Pest Control Technician based out of our Winston Salem, NC branch, you'll have the opportunity to:· Provide top-notch pest control services to residential customers· Solve real problems and help customers feel safe in their homes· Offer solutions and sell ongoing services and add-ons like mosquito treatments and crawl space insulation - and get paid for it· Build strong relationships and earn customer trust· Be part of a team that values your hard work and rewards itWhat's In It for YouThis role is commission-based - the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. Our techs average 45k - 60k per year, with top performers regularly exceeding that.
