Job description
Petco seeks a General Manager to oversee a Pet Care Center, driving pets-first leadership, profitability, and top-tier customer service. You will own daily operations, staffing, and store performance, leading a team to meet growth and service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will mentor partners, optimize labor and inventory, ensure safety and animal care, and engage with the local community to advance Petco’s mission and brand presence.
