Job description
The Animal Clinic of Rapid City is seeking a friendly Support Staff member to join our busy clinic. You will greet clients, help questions, process patients and payments, answer calls, and assist with scheduling appointments at the front desk.
Responsibilities include maintaining client records in our practice management system, keeping the waiting area clean, and escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed. Prior experience is required.
