National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a front desk client services team member in Shorewood, IL. You will greet clients, answer questions, process admissions and payments, and schedule appointments in our practice management system.
The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and involves answering phones, screening for service needs, and maintaining a tidy waiting area. The base pay range is $15.50-$18.00 per hour, with location- and experience-based adjustments.
