Job description
Nom Nom delivers delight to your dog’s day and is seeking an Operations Manager in Nashville to lead production, fulfillment, safety, and maintenance. You will partner with site and corporate leaders to implement policies, drive budgets, and push continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in management in food & beverage, budget oversight, and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
