Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS in guiding the team to maximize productivity and pet care quality. You will lead by example in client education about preventive care and wellness plans, ensuring exceptional service and smooth hospital operations.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, is 18+, and is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings.
