Job description
Wag Hotels, a fast-growing pet hospitality leader, is seeking a General Manager to oversee guest care, client relations, and staff performance. You will drive daily operations to support growth and profitability while maintaining a culture of care and safety.
You will recruit and train teams, manage labor costs, collaborate with the executive team on policies, and ensure timely resolution of guest and client needs. Experience in pet services and strong financial literacy are a plus.
