Job description
Redbarn® Pet Products is seeking an R&D Scientist, Product Development to join our team and support the development and commercialization of innovative pet food and pet treat products. This role will manage hands-on formulation, testing, troubleshooting, scale-up, and technical documentation activities from concept through commercialization.
The role requires 1+ year in R&D or product development in food manufacturing, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
