Job description
K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Stamford, CT is seeking a General Manager who will lead all resort operations, drive results, and deliver a 5-star experience for guests and their pets through strong team leadership and strategic oversight.
You will own P&L, manage labor and scheduling, ensure safety and cleanliness, build partnerships with veterinarians and pet professionals, and grow revenue through top-tier service and enrollment.
