Job description
Pet Supermarket in Lake City, FL is seeking a Store Manager responsible for all aspects of the customer experience and store operations, reporting to the District Manager, and for building a service-driven culture that drives sales, loyalty, and brand value across the community.
You will lead teams, manage scheduling, training, performance reviews, and staffing plans; ensure brand standards, safety, and inventory integrity; and partner with rescue groups and local partners to promote pet care
