Job description
IPP is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in a retail pet environment.
You will oversee staff training, scheduling, merchandising, and daily operations while promoting pet wellness and customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in retail management are preferred, with flexibility for evenings/weekends.
