Job description
PetSmart’s PetsHotel Manager oversees the safety of people and pets and the pet parent experience within the hotel, while upholding the store vision, mission, values, and strategy. The role provides leadership to the store by driving company strategies, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional pet parent service with efficient hotel operations.
Leadership responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring daily tasks are completed.
