Job description
CNA - Continuing CarePosition: CNA - Continuing Care Location: Grand Rapids, MI Shift: Nights 12hrs a day, 36hrs a weekProvides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse, consistent with policies and procedures of the unit.Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients including dressing, bathing, transporting and feeding.Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines.Maintains patients’ environment/work area/equipment, and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department/unit personnel.Complete and maintain required number of CNA educational hours.
