Job description
InstaLILY is looking for an experienced leader to serve as the CEO of our Pharma business unit. This role is pivotal in scaling existing operations while leveraging proven product-market fit. The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years in the Pharma industry, strong operational scaling capabilities, and the ability to influence at the executive level. You'll directly collaborate with the CEO and COO to shape strategic initiatives. The compensation includes a salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year along with attractive equity options and comprehensive benefits.
