Direct Staffing Inc. seeks a Pharmaceutical R&D Management Consulting Senior Manager in New Jersey to lead high impact client engagements within the pharma R&D space, shape project strategy, and mentor a team of consultants.
The role is full-time with a strong focus on delivering value, building client relationships, and advancing regulatory and development milestones. Benefits include PTO of 25 days plus 9 holidays and an annual target bonus around 12% of base salary.
