Staff Pharmacist | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity | Bentonville, AR
nWe're seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare organization in the Bentonville area. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the potential for long-term employment.

nnnMonday-Friday daytime hours

nnOccasional weekend rotation (approximately once every 3 weeks)

nnOptional on-call opportunities

n nResponsibilities
nnnReview, verify, and dispense medications
n
nnCounsel patients and healthcare professionals on medication use
n
nnMonitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues
n
nnMaintain accurate patient and pharmacy records
n
nnCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
n
nnSupport medication safety and regulatory compliance initiatives
n
n nQualifications
nnnDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
n
nnActive Pharmacist license in good standing
n
nnStrong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
n
nnExperience in specialty, retail, infusion, long-term care, or related pharmacy settings welcomed
