n nHow you'll make an impact in this role
nnnEnsure the precise selection, dosing, and administration of medication orders.
n
nnReview medication profiles to identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug-related problems.
n
nnOversee and execute compounding and dispensing of medications.
n
nnDeliver patient counseling to ensure medication adherence and clear understanding of therapeutic goals.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnPharmacist credentialed from the Maryland Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
