Job description
Seeking a Pharmacist with hospital experience to support an inpatient care team on a 13-week contract. This role is centered around delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services within a hospital setting.
Location:
Campbell, CA
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week
Variable days and afternoon shifts
Some weekend coverage required
ASAP start
Responsibilities: Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety
Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapies
Manage inpatient pharmaceutical care within the hospital using Cerner IT systems
Qualifications: Active California pharmacist license
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Availability for full-time schedule as described
Ability to work effectively within budget parameters
