Job description
A Specialty Pharmacy in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Pharmacist to support long-term care operations for a 13+ week contract. This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a dynamic setting focused on specialized patient care.

2000 Paul Bunyan Dr NW, Bemidji, MN 56601
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Some weekend shifts required
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive pharmacy services specific to long-term care patients
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to state and federal regulations
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
Provide immunizations and patient counseling to improve public health
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality standards
Qualifications / Desired Experience: PharmD degree required
Immunization Certification
CPR Certification
MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Certification preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
