n Department: Pharmacist
Schedule: Per Diem (As needed) Days
Facility: Resurrection Medical Center
Location: 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631
n nResponsibilities
nUnder the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.
nQualifications
nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
nn1. Current state Registered Pharmacist License.2. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.3. B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred. 4. BLS and ACLS certification preferred

nPay Transparency
nResurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is a flat rate of $69.00 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
