Part Time, 56 hours per pay period (2 weeks), 7 on 7 off evenings with weekend day shift

$59.80 – $83.72 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification at position level.
Preferred Qualifications
PGY2 residency in Oncology, or PGY1 residency + 1 year of Oncology Clinical experience, or no residency and 3 years of Oncology Clinical experience.
Prior inpatient experience.
Board certification in area of expertise within 1 year of employment.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities
Provide coverage on the inpatient oncology/bone marrow transplant unit and inpatient oncology infusion areas.
Establish a strong clinical pharmacy practice focused on patient‑centered care.
Conduct comprehensive medication reviews, order verification, and patient counseling.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize drug therapy plans, ensuring efficacy and safety.
Develop proficiency in intravenous and oral anti‑cancer therapies for solid and hematologic malignancies.
Contribute to efficient operation of pharmacy services within oncology areas, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and quality improvement initiatives.
