Clinical Pharmacist - Pediatric ICU / Pediatric Critical Care Pharmacist
Nationally ranked children hospital is seeking a residency-trained Clinical Pharmacist to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team-where excellence in care is the standard, and your skills will directly improve patient outcomes in critical care.

Requirements
Completion of PGY2 in Pediatrics or Pediatric Critical Care, or equivalent Fellowship required
Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Texas
Pediatric ICU experience or Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy background
Your Day
Deliver clinical pharmacy services focused on pediatric critical care patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on drug utilization and cost containment strategies
Participate in the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy programs
Provide consultative services to physicians and care teams in the PICU
Support pharmacy operations as needed, including oversight and training of pharmacy staff
