Job description
Floater Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner
This position is located at the Fredericksburg Health Care Center, Fredericksburg, Virginia. The Floater Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner functions at the highest level of clinical practice, works independently under their individual scope of practice to directly care for patients as assigned. This may include, but not limited to, Anticoagulation Management Clinic, PACT, HBPC, non-formulary or other order processing.
