nnSchedule: Full-time days | 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm | occasional weekends and evenings

n nHow you'll make an impact in this role
nnnOptimize pharmaceutical care by evaluating complex medication orders to proactively resolve drug-related issues and ensure alignment with clinical guidelines and formulary standards.
n
nnDeliver precise compounding, dispensing, and comprehensive drug therapy education to physicians, clinical teams, and patients to maximize treatment effectiveness and safety.
n
nnLead and mentor pharmacy technicians and students, serving as a preceptor and clinical expert to drive operational excellence and professional growth within the pharmacy team.
n
nnCollaborate directly with interdisciplinary care teams and physicians to design tailored medication regimens and empower patients through clear, supportive therapeutic counseling.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnPharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
n nAdditional Preferences:
nnnMinimum of 3 prior years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
n
nnResidency preferred.
