Wisconsin | PRN Contract Opportunity | Flexible Schedule
nAmergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Compounding Pharmacist for a contract opportunity with a respected healthcare organization in Wisconsin. This position offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for pharmacists seeking supplemental income, PRN work, or additional weekend coverage opportunities.
nPosition Highlights
nnn13-week contract assignment - possible extensions

nnApproximately 16 hours per week

nnWeekend coverage and PTO coverage responsibilities

nnAdditional on-call opportunities available

nn$1,000 retention bonus available after 30 days of employment*

nnnTwo scheduled weekend shifts per month
n
nnWeekend hours: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
n
nnWeekday coverage hours may vary based on operational needs

nnAdditional on-call responsibilities available during non-business hours

n nResponsibilities
nnnReview and dispense prescribed medications
n
nnCompound medications according to established pharmacy standards
n
nnEnsure medication safety, accuracy, and compliance
n
nnProvide patient counseling and medication education
n
nnCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
n
nnMonitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related concerns
n
nnMaintain pharmacy records and inventory
n
nnSupport pharmacy operations and supervise support staff as needed
n
n nQualifications
nnnActive Wisconsin Pharmacist License
n
nnDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
n
nnCompounding experience preferred
n
nnPrevious on-call or after-hours pharmacy experience preferred
n
nnStrong communication and clinical judgment skills
n
