Salary and Benefits
Salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year

Responsibilities
40-hour work week with a rotating schedule
Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide clear guidance aligned with organizational values
Accurately fill prescriptions and ensure medication safety and appropriateness
Counsel patients, families, and caregivers on medication use and safety
Manage daily pharmacy operations including inventory, record-keeping, and insurance interactions
Collaborate with prescribers to optimize medication therapy and resolve issues
Monitor procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and supplies
Maintain controlled substance compliance and 340B program integrity
Deliver Medication Therapy Management and immunization services
Participate in integrated care and patient-focused clinical teams
Support quality improvement initiatives and data management
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations
Represent pharmacy interests in community and policy activities
Requirements
Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Maine
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
Completion of ASHP-accredited residency preferred
Experience in retail, ambulatory, or specialty pharmacy settings
Certification to administer immunizations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
Clean criminal and DHHS background
Valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
