nn8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

nnContract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

nnMon-Fri, 0830 - 1700
n
n nPharmacist Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnReview and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
n
nnDispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
n
nnCounsel patients on medication use, side effects, and drug interactions.
n
nnMonitor medication therapy and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
n
nnCollaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
n
nnEnsure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and facility policies.
n
nnMaintain accurate medication records and documentation.
n
nnSupervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed.
n
nnManage medication inventory, storage, and controlled substances.
n
nnPromote patient safety through medication management and clinical interventions.
n
n n**Minimum Qualifications **
nnnCurrent, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
n
nnMinimum of 1 yearof recent experience as a Pharmacist.
n
nnCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
