Job description
A family-oriented retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join their close-knit team on a temporary basis. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute positively to a community-focused environment while providing excellent pharmaceutical care. The schedule is flexible, designed to fit between 3 to 5 days per week, with weekday and Saturday shifts available.
Location:
Nacogdoches, TX (Retail setting)
Schedule/Hours: Monday through Saturday
Shifts typically 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexibility available)
3-5 days per week
Primary Responsibilities: Performing retail pharmacy duties including prescription dispensing, patient counseling, and medication management
Ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and best practices
Collaborating with pharmacy staff to provide seamless, high-quality service to patients
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Texas pharmacist license required
Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred
Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is a plus
