nSchedule: Full Time
nUp to $67.00 per hour based on experience
nMonday-Friday 8a-5pm with rotating weekends
nOn call (@ least 1 week and weekend per month)

n nResponsibilities
nnnAs the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
n
nnProviding clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.
n
nnMaintaining adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
n
nnCorrectly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
n
nnDeveloping and participating in new employee training and education programs.
n
nnParticipating in patient drug therapy monitoring.
n
nnPromoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications
nnnRequires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
n
nnCurrent State licensure required.
n
nnBLS if required by State.
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnPharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency.
n nPost offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.
