Job description
Ayr Wellness is seeking a Pharmacist General Manager in Virginia to lead the dispensing area, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee patient care and staff management at a licensed facility.
You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, manage budgets, and drive performance while maintaining high standards of service and safety. A Pharm.D. and active VA license are required, with prior retail leadership experience preferred.
