Job description
Create an outstanding leadership experience through exceptional pharmacy practice. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our provider and technical teams to work in a complimentary manner. Assist the department manager in achieving daily production goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards. nnnEnter patient's information into computer accurately and efficiently.

nnCount and prepare specified product using company best practices.
n
nnComplete any professional duties required for the fulfillment of prescriptions according to all applicable rules, regulations and laws

nnFollow the appropriate staging procedures.

nnMaintain records on prescription volume
n
nnPerform any necessary production audits.
n
nnUnderstand and adhere to shrink guidelines
n
nnMaintain a clean and organized work station.
n
nnCreate an environment that enables all associates to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding roles and responsibilities throughout the facility.

nnInteract with coworkers in a professional and positive manner.
n
nnReinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures, identifying unsafe conditions and notifying management of unsafe practices and conditions.

nnPractice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notifying the appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair.

nnNotify management of employee accidents or close calls.
n
nnReport all safety risks or issues and illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.

n nQUALIFICATIONS * Minimum *
nOther Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy School
nHigh School Diploma or GED
nExcellent oral/written communication skills
nMinimum 18 years of age
nNABPLEx eligible within 90 days of hire
nAbility to handle stressful situations
nKnowledge and understanding of HIPAA regulations
nDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
nBasic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)
nnDesired *
n nAny pharmacy experience
nSecond language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
