Job Description
nInsight Global is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to work within a closed-door specialty infusion pharmacy (pharmacy & infusion site) supporting both clinical and operational workflows. This site supports complex specialty therapies across multiple disease states, so the pharmacist plays a key role in both clinical oversight and operational execution.
n • Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
n • Evaluate patient records to ensure therapy aligns with diagnosis and treatment plan
n • Monitor drug therapies and recommend interventions when needed
n • Identify drug interactions, duplications, and contraindications
n • Provide patient counseling and education on specialty medications
n • Support pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
n • Oversee pharmacy technician workflow and documentation
n • Collaborate cross-functionally with: Nursing, Intake/Referral teams, Reimbursement/Insurance, and Pharmacy Operations

n • Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC)

n • 3 Compounding Techs
n • 2 Fulfillment Techs
n • 1 Purchaser
n • 2 Dispensing Techs (adding a 3rd)
n • 1 Weekend Tech (cross-trained)

nSkills and Requirements
n• Active NV & TX Pharmacist licenses
n• Familiarity with USP 797 guidelines & CSPs (sterile compounding)
n• Experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion environment
n• Knowledge of specialty medication dosing, frequency, and administration
n• Knowledge of requirements prior to dispensing (labs, authorizations, monitoring, etc.)
n• Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday • Active CA Pharmacist license
n• Knowledge of specialty therapy payer requirements and reimbursement/insurance processes
n• Certification in Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
n• Experience with CareTend or similar pharmacy systems
