Job description
An opportunity is available for a retail pharmacist seeking short-term work in Northern California to cover vacation leave. This assignment offers a chance to support pharmacy operations over two consecutive weeks in a community setting.
Schedule:
Week of 6/22: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Week of 6/29: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Location: Hoopa, CA
Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
Provide patient counseling and answer medication-related questions.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize patient care.
Manage inventory and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Retail pharmacy experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
