Pharmacist - Hospital Shift Details
Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, providing advice on proper usage, and ensuring patient safety. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, managing medication therapy, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
