nShort Description
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs. nExperience Required
n 3-5 year's experience preferred.
n nEducation Requirements
n Doctorate Degree Required
n nLicense/Certification Requirements
n New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
PGY-2 required
Board Certification Pharmaceutical Specialty (BCPS)
n nSpecial Requirements
n 7 on/7 off
