**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

- Provide professional and courteous service, offering medication counseling and health advice to patients in both English and Spanish.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care, therapeutic outcomes, and medication management.

- Ensure accurate and efficient prescription filling processes, minimizing errors and maximizing patient safety.

- Maintain records for controlled substances, inventory management, and billing processes.

- Stay updated on new pharmaceutical developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy's competitive edge.

- Develop and implement initiatives to improve pharmacy services and patient care experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

- Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
