nWe are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist in Charge with bilingual proficiency in Spanish to join our dynamic healthcare team. nKey Responsibilities:

n- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

n- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

n- Provide professional and courteous service, offering medication counseling and health advice to patients in both English and Spanish.

n- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care, therapeutic outcomes, and medication management.

n- Ensure accurate and efficient prescription filling processes, minimizing errors and maximizing patient safety.

n- Maintain records for controlled substances, inventory management, and billing processes.

n- Stay updated on new pharmaceutical developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy's competitive edge.

n- Develop and implement initiatives to improve pharmacy services and patient care experience.

nQualifications:

n- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

n- Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.

n- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

n- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

n- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

n- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

n- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
