Job description
St. Charles Health System is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to fulfill duties outlined by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy. The role provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care across the hospital medication process to improve patient outcomes.
The PIC collaborates with CPO and leadership, oversees students, and ensures compliance with laws and Joint Commission standards while mentoring staff and maintaining strong clinician relationships.
