Seeking an experienced Pharmacy Pharmacist In Charge for a direct hire opportunity in Asbury Park, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in retail pharmacy management and a commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring effective workflow and compliance with all regulations.

Supervise pharmacy staff involved in filling and dispensing medications.

Maintain adherence to quality standards set by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.

Provide leadership and guidance within the specialty infusion pharmacy sector.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance pharmacy functions.

Ensure exceptional customer service delivery while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.

Active New Jersey Registered Pharmacist license.

Minimum of two years' experience in retail pharmacy management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Proven critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, exercising sound judgment.

Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.

Compensation: Annual salary range $135,000 to $145,000.
