Job description
A reputable home respiratory and medical equipment company is expanding its shipping operations into North Dakota and seeks a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to support this effort. This role involves holding and posting a North Dakota pharmacist license as PIC for the operation, with no active pharmacy work required. The position offers flexibility and a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical shipping operation from a remote location.
Location: Remote (North Dakota license posting)
Additional travel: Occasional site visits to Massachusetts may be required (monthly or quarterly)
Employment type: Contract, ongoing with flexible monthly fee or direct hire arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and post North Dakota pharmacist license as Pharmacist in Charge for the shipping operation
Ensure compliance with state pharmacy regulations related to shipping diabetes supplies, respiratory equipment, and medications
Provide occasional oversight through remote communication and site visits when needed
Collaborate with operational leadership to support smooth shipping activities
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active, clear North Dakota pharmacist license in good standing
Experience and comfort serving as Pharmacist in Charge for regulated operations
Professional approach with a strong commitment to maintaining licensing requirements
Flexibility to engage under either a contract monthly fee or direct hire model
Licensed pharmacist currently practicing or seeking supplemental income through a flexible remote role
