Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge
Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

As a Pharmacist in Charge, you'll oversee pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead your team to deliver exceptional service. You'll work closely with pharmacy staff and management to maintain high standards and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for
Supervising daily pharmacy activities and staff
Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
Managing medication inventory and safety protocols
Providing medication counseling and expert advice to patients
Overseeing pharmacy workflow and process improvements
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have Pharmacist license valid in AZ
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within a pharmacy
Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
