Job description
This opportunity is for a Pharmacist to support a healthcare facility in Oak Ridge, TN, on a contract basis of 4+ weeks starting August 3rd. The role operates during business hours, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, offering a stable daytime schedule.
Key responsibilities include accurately distributing medications as prescribed by healthcare practitioners, providing clear and helpful information to customers regarding medication usage, and maintaining a strong focus on delivering superior customer service throughout interactions.
Qualifications and desired experience:
Valid Tennessee pharmacist license is required.
Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is highly preferred to enhance patient care and medication management skills.
Strong communication abilities to effectively counsel patients.
Attention to detail to ensure safe and precise medication dispensing.
